1-man emplacement crew can build unlimited emplacements

If you prevent the emplacement crew from retreating when they are down to 1 man (by unloading at the right time), the 1-man crew can be controlled individually and can build emplacements. However, as he is 1 man, he will not be able to hop into the emplacement. But you can crew the emplacement with other infantry.

He can keep building emplacements non-stop.
