Barrage range is shorter than the maximum range. Think the patch increased the attack range of mortar but the ability wasn't increased to match.

To add on, you can make use of the extra range by using attack ground command.

Actually ... I fixed it last night. I KNOW it was working before i committed.

SO, i just looked up teh values.

The emplacement mortar range is good.
the emplacement mortar barrage range is good.
the barrage ability is good.

should be correct, when did you test it?

last night it was as you say.  Today it should be correct.

I used it 12 hours ago. Should be working then

Just used it, ranges don't match. You can still attack ground past the barrage radius.
