"you are defeated" messages in-game - do you get the report that one side won?

title. every time someone wins while defending (standard EiR, not VP), both sides get "you have been defeate" messages; does the server receive that someone won?

EDIT: exemple of this is battle 67.

Define, 'win by defending'?  If it goes to the timer, it's a draw and both sides get the you have been defeated message and the server receives a 'draw'.

oh, ok. what i meant was that since the defender's job is defend (shock and awe) they "in" by simply defending the territory, and not necessarily destroying the enemy/taking all the territories on the map. if its a tie, i'm sure it will work in the battle map somehow.

It's marked as a 'tie', but its basically a 'win' for the defenders.  You are right.

Guess what defending is? survive and hold the territory. granted that you dont lose every single piece of land on the map, you win.
