Well on relicnews.com forums they linked this: http://cohpatch.relic.com/relic/coh/retail/EN_2301_2400_Patch.exe (probably what people "tried" to link you to)

or the Torrent: http://thepiratebay.org/torrent/4812774

No Panzer Grenadier already said that "-dev" has been disabled and that NO MOD will work with 2.400 installed in its current state.

Uh,, Panzer Jaeger. Tongue
There is a difference. Grenadier = Soldier, Jaeger = Hunter, and sometimes Light Infantry.
But uhm.. yea. Just me nitpicking.

I've created a thread on the CoH-community site which Thunder frequently err.. frequents.
So I hope I get a response. We're fucked as-is, pardon the langauge but this is kind of a big problem, so I hope the Tales of Valor release patch will solve this.
I'll post in here again (or create a thread maybe) when I get a response.

Thanks for working on the new patch issues so quickly. Though will it take a long time to get the mod back into playable shape? Saw some of these posts by Thunder, the Relic community manager:

...shit?...

these repair problems could be bad.
wirecutters>sandbags.... that means the only way to make an unbreakable wall is the rifleman-engi wall...

yea that sux. since when can wirecutters break down sandbag walls? I guess if you really want to nitpick...they can use the wirecutters to snap open teh sandbags which will spill the sand, but IRL, infantry could just step over the sandbags...

Dafuq man, don't ask for proof if you'll refuse it if it's not in your favor, logic fallacy for the bloody win.

If you want to nitpick, any infantry should be able to throw them down or jump over them. and jumping over goes for every wall in the game.

Erm, unun, virtually no one in EiR bothers with wirecutters for the simple reason that you can bring out a King Tiger at 0 minutes if you so please. Tanks are common throughout the game and you can just run through sandbags faster than wire cutting.

Plus AT guns and manpacked AT, which everyone has from start to finish, can blow up sandbags and wires really fast from a safe distance.
