My thoughts on 2.4......

Well, this game has just been thrown in the toilet with full flush being held down far too long. Theve borked the fkn mods, the maps and just about anything that made it worthwhile playing. now, dont get me rong, vCoH is great, if u have nothing else to do... Relic is gonna lose A LOT of its player base now. at least 75% of the player base was people playing mods and/or custom maps, but now that these are gone, well, u do the math.

is it possible that a large body of people (mappers, modders, mod players, map players etc.) could change the oppinion of a large, multi-million dollar company? we shall see.

Im right there with you overfreeze.

I bought this game a little over 2 months ago, for 4, yes *4* of my friends to play this mod.

I wont every do that again if this is what Relic does. Now, Im not one for witch hunts. But after 4 months of GRUELING coding - I kinda want to pull out the pitchforks, light the torches and GO HUNTIN' WITH CLETUS!

*mumble*

On a serious note, I do think they will do something. Change it later after they get their sales from TOV is my guess.
But in the mean time, Im sure there will be a petition, or Corsix will do something... or.. meh.

EiR implemented the MP40 change before 2.4, and I was beginning to use mp40 volks more than grens and it seemed to be working pretty well, but Relic squashed any chance of seeing that plan through to fruition Sad

the pershing is fucking bullshit now...everyone that complained about the tiger ace...imagine a tiger ace with better gun field repair that get blobrepair on normal coh speed

lol what are they thinking? rofl

the kingtiger is op too but at least there are stickies and it is slow..but the pershing now...ridicules...

you should have seen this

game was very relaxed almost a stomp until this thing called pershing was on the field....

after it wipped out a lot of stuff (like one shotting hmgs in buildings ...) and got to vet3 it was unkillable.....

my panther wasnt able to penetrate its armor at least 8 shots pinged of in a row..after this i quit.....

it is not that you can say hey it is slow i just try to ignore it

So, let me get this straight, the 2.4 patch has basically reduced this mod to ruins (no pun intended), has it? How?
