Oh no! Its looks like 2.400 won't be around long. Due to mass complaints, mostly from these boards alone, we're sad to say that on April 5th the servers will be returned to their original 2.301 status. While Relic was hopefully that 2.400 would put some complaints to rest, it seems that a majority of the vocal players aren't too happy about the current conditions so Relic will be putting to rest most of those complaints and reverting to the older, more familiar patch. Plans are to run this patch through the first few months of Tales of Valor, and then start a new beta after a month or so after Tales of Valor is out.
Don't worry about patching though! You don't have to do anything, the auto updater will take care of everything so when the time comes, 2.301 will be ready to go. Unfortunately, 2.301 replays will not be viewable with the new 2.301, and if you'd like to watch any previous replays, you'll have to keep an old version of 2.301 on your computer. We hope this won't cause any confusion!
While we're upset that 2.400 was short lived, we're happy Relic is listening to their fans and giving the vocal members of the community what they wanted! Lets all take this opportunity to enjoy another year of 2.301!
