yer P4 IST works once in ever 5 encounters with blob infantry, half the time it shoots all around the infatrynot killing them but on the good days u see some light that gives u hope as lock down starts spamming fire which is taking out at least 1 or 2 soldiers per shot, not sure why it neva does this normally like on a constant game basis it's like u get diff hit rates for every game so wacked...better off getting a whirblewind or some fj or assualt infantry to do the job there such poo unless u uber support them with blob infantry so they arn't the target :S

Problems of the PE panzer4 IST:

1. Range 30 means it can shoot an area of 2827 (m² or whatever)
a normal tank range (e.g. sherman) is 40 means an area of 5027 that is 78% more area around the tank that all other ISTs can shoot

2. Popcap 12 (that is same as all other medium tanks with the exception that p4 IST can't realy handle armor and suck against inf because of 1.)

3. its lock down ability is not more than it's death because of 1 and because repair rates

4. its price...it is even more expensive than a sherman
there is a reason why a panzerIV ist is 60 fuel in vCOH and a sherman is 90fuel (means 50% more) there is a reason why panzerIV ist is almost same as an m10 in vCOH...but why the hell is this thing more expensive than a sherman?

next thing is not just panzer4 ist based it fits to almost all pe units...they are all paper units and glass cannons..light vehicle based with "broken" repair and no retriveability of bergetiger....

maybe give the kettenrad the luftwaffe cloaking ability since pe has no sniper or cloakt stormis or recon run to scout and they really need scouting badly because most of their units die after 2 hits from almost everything
