Get to lvl 10 in ranked automatch 1v1 on american and wehr. I guarantee you, you will understand the essential basics of coh micro & game mechanics. If you still don't understand, try to get to lvl 11 or 12. Its impossible for a player to reach that level and still not understand the game mechanics.

That being done, repeat on OF factions heh. I guarantee you, you should start winning more often on EiRR.

iam not afraid to play the good players, heck i learn some stuff from them while they are beating me and so on... but at times i dont join games where say there are 2 good players and 1 good allied player waiting for another person to join.. and the reason for that a few times on her i played with the good player, we go beat and he didnt like the way i played and said your lame, you suck etc... i dont want to go out there, suck it up, and then the person never wants to play with me again.. that shit dont help.

Mgallun we've all been there, suck it up and just pracitice and practice and practice. Also dont be stiff on your tactics or everything else from doctrines to units you use. Try different things, see if they work.
But first do what 31st said, just to be sure.

Listen.  All the advice you have gotten so far is bad.  None of these guys know what they are talking about.

The best thing you can do is try to figure out how to play all the factions at least decently.  Or at least try out a strategy that is frequently used against you that you have a hard time stopping.  Try using that same strategy on someone and you will quickly find out that it has many flaws as someone will still find a way to overpower you.

Honestly you have to kinda think of this like a chess game.....the only thing you can really keep the same is your starting call in.  The rest of your call ins need to be purpose driven.

I dont think your a bad player...you just have to always factor that some players have played many many more games and are just better.

I'm going to give you the answer, we all have given to newcomers (which aren't so much newcomers now Tongue)

You're going to lose alot of games until you get your company/strategy together.

Just let yourself develop your strategy.

Hell i lost about 10-13 games straight until i got my company set up properly.

Prior guy is right.  When I came back to EiR after a prolonged absence, my almost entire Vet 2 company had been wiped [this was in vEiR].

Soo.. I had to start over again, and w/ PE & britz it was pretty new for me.
I lost like 5 games in a row, then won 2 [an axis dropped in one of them X_X].

Just a short while ago, I played a 2v2 with a dude that had an unpronounceable name.  [j something]
He seemed new, stats wise.  But he knew how to play, I didn't see him do anything dumb.
He just ran out of units long before I did, though I did personally take out 3 infantry units of his with my Howi [On accident, I swearz!].

Was a good game, I laid down a ton of mines for the panther that was running around, it hit one and promptly died to my ATG.  Much to the chagrin of it's owner.  We fought awhile longer, before my partner was annihilated.  I fought a retreating action, killing as much as I could, until I too was forced off the map.  Overall, it was a good game, even though we lost.
