Ever since i came back since ToV, i have been playing pe with random guys, one because im sick with stacking odds that offer no real challenge and second because i dont have muct time as before and i need the pps rather than waiting an hour to get a game.
At least when i started people that were experienced offered me 1v1s and i still remember dasnoob telling me how capping works
The thing that i noticed after playing with new guys on team is how retarded the situation is nowadays for one the lack of 1v1s.
New players are expected to be thrown into the onslaught like sheep to hungry wolves. Im sure at some point we all felt bad for bashing two new guys, who we never saw again after, right.
As it is, lucifer may implement the best "fair" systems but the whole situation is really hardcore.
New guys come straight into 2v2s without any practice and no advice.
Its like playing an mmo, and you are lvl 1 with starting gear and get to fight a lvl 10 fully geared dude right from the start and it is quite acceptable that when the 10 lvl guy wins he gets all the xp and bonus that if he beat a guy in his lvl.
As a suggestion, allow for
1v1s practice games, even
2v2s. Those template companies youre making can come quite handy in this.
On a different note, it is especially difficult for new allies players, since the majority of good players stacks axis on a regular basis.
There can be 4 axis games open waiting for unfortunate allies to join so the series can continue indefinetely.
So, why dont you make so that high lvl/high score players will get LESS PPs if they fight new/bad players. And give EXTRA pps for the games that are somehow equal. Extra bonus goes also to low lvls beating high stackers. I dont care if you smurf, single companies with 8-0 and 10-0 that only play together should be in the first category. Bashing 10 new guys per day doesnt qualify as "developing" ones company anyway.
Anyway im kinda sick with stacking games lately. And worst thing is because people stack think theyre better than others. Theyre the eir elite or something that knows how to play the game.
Well all that reflect to new/bad players and mediocre ones. Theyre not as stupid as you may think. Some people have long forgotten where they started from.
As a conclusion i fully believe some action needs to be taken, or we are the fools hiding behind our fingers, believing that EIRR is growing while nurturing these kind of behaviors.
