inspired assault not working

the abillity is not working properly! i have a 7 games with it and i could not use it in game. it said one free use but i didn't get any. i also tried to buy it with pp but that also didn't work.

It's been fixed for the next update just like Field repairs, unfortunately it won't see any loving until then
