i have a question that could really help in figuring out what to use... what do vet 1, 2 and 3 represent? Do they all start off as private, then go to  maybe all 4 sides use a captains bars of their side as vet 3? i dont think above a captain you'd see an officer on the field. |

You're better off with this sort of tiers
Vet 1 = Private 1st Class, Lance Corporal, Corporals
Vet 2 = Sergeant
Vet 3 = Staff Sergeant/Sergeant Major
Its more... accurate to use a NCO rank than to use a CO rank unless you intend to give special ranks to special units who are obviously COs.

Yea. I guess so. A squad of sargeant majors makes more sense ethan a squad of LT's or captains unless its an elite squad like rangers, kch, paratroopers (both sides) etc. |

I've finally decided how it will be done, it will be a consistent theme throughout all the faction with differing symbols for each faction. They will the following: American - Vet 1 - Bronze Star
- Vet 2 - 2 x Silver Star
- Vet 3 - 3 x Gold Star
British- Vet 1 - Bronze Crown
- Vet 2 - 2 x Silver Crown
- Vet 3 - 3 x Gold Crown
Wehrmacht- Vet 1 - Bronze Pip
- Vet 2 - 2 x Silver Pip
- Vet 3 - 3 x Gold Pip
Panzer Elite- Vet 1 - Bronze Cross
- Vet 2 - 2 x Silver Cross
- Vet 3 - 3 x Gold Cross

unfortunately pe units dont live long enough most times to get 3 crosses  but i think to make vet 3 just an aditional symbole (color) looks boring...v3 should be completely different like wehr vet3 is now |
