Add cover, edgerows walls houses to your maps and they will be balanced, less open spaces and more tactics. and make them more rectangular

Bubz probably liked Viking grave, with all his rectangles and what not.(Keep in mind Bubz that the more house and hedges[Shot blockers] you have the better Brits will play on a given map)Pieces of cover are good but they have to serve a purpose, aesthetically and in game play. Having bounds of light cover between green cover is a good move and it looks good, also allows you to advance properly. Aside from Villers bocage taking a shit ton of system resources to play, the outskirts of it's town look fairly real. Fences, backyards, stone walls w/ alley that sort of crap. The whole destroyed city thing has been done to death in most custom maps.

Ideally you could go through each map piece by piece and fight in that confined space only from all side to see how it plays out but seeing as thats very intensive. I never really liked the clusterfuck that is In Der Hitze's south western side. With the water and hedges, everything just always bogs down there and it gets frustrating. Aside from that nothing comes to mind.

I can't put my finger on it but I really can't seem to enjoy any of your 3vs3 maps.
Your 2vs2s are fine and fairly enjoyable (especially In Der Hitze and Venue are good maps).

A map should give an apparently safe position for your troops to stay, but unfortunatly, due the width or the open spaces your 3v3 maps give none, that's why I don't like them.
ghost town for example is horrible because of that insanely large space in the middle.

In Der Hitze is my fave map in EiRR, and Church is my 3rd fave. I hate your 3v3 maps though. I'd say you should just work on your 2v2 maps because they are excellent, but you don't seem to have any luck with 3v3 maps.

Edit: Of course, you should take suggestions on your current 3v3 maps still to make them good, but I don't think you should make any new ones imo.

Don't listen to bubz, it would only fit his playstyle/company. Make them more open, they are already full of hedgerows, and i have no clue what kind of Open Field he means.

You should make your maps more open, some fields that have to be passed or something. Oh and Dawn lighting and that would be awesome, but your lighting makes me feel depressed.

Baine I would be pleased if you could just give your opinion and then shut the fuck up about what I have to say, because I am here to talk for my self and I don't need someone translating what I wrote.

Second, to give you an idea of what I mean by open spaces here is a screenshot.

these kind of open spaces are better for camping approaches where you place your troops in a line and just camp and bomb/mortar/snipe stuff. I would like to see non linear  battles like it happens in xroads, expecially if the maps are 3v3.
Plus, every map with so many open fields would easily kill flanks and tactical movements. Then again the map is more similar to a square than a rectangle which means the action is spread out through a long line, which is boring and frustrating if you have to hold a line 30 kilometers long.
I am not talking about the look of the maps, I am talking about gameplay, which I think doesn't suit EiR, you should considering giving it a more Abbeville/vCoh style.

And again, your 3v3 maps are hardly defendable once you managed to make a push because there are no consolidation points which instead are present in maps like abbeville.

Ps: I don't like the grass colour you use, it's looks too gloomy.

I feel al members have the rights to add changes to maps, as they have rights to post price balance in the game, but not Alone

Lightning will be fixed, I gona make 4 Lightings for each map (not the same) and you guys can vote on what one you like.

Ghost town is made for just open mass Death map, There is MANY flanks, so no one can be safe, I make some more blockings if you guys like, do any one more aprove?
