We all know these are annoying, and while a future patch will solve the problem permanently, there is a 'clever' way of getting rid of them yourself!

1) Join the ghost game
2) Ready up
3) Force it
4) Get a second/third account/person and repeat

Rinse repeat

No more ghosts
