Shouldn't be... I can't test it atm, but I'm 99% sure I changed it before the last release... Open up the mod in Corsix and look...

Just faced an axis player and he said its still free. I used to play Inspired assault a lot, and still cheap for the kind of power it got. 100 munitions normaly and 50 with loyalty should be ok.

Well, strange I guess. Because I remember double checking because I had to make sure Ferocity got a cost added onto it too... Oh well, I'll fix it when I get home.

It's definitely fixed now. It was a problem with Ferocity being free still, not Loyalty.
