It will be fixed in 006, but then again you will likely not see the Tiger Ace again first few weeks, maybe months, after launch.
In addition, Tiger Ace doesn't need vet to be awesome.

No, it has to do with how we'll be integrating doctrines step by step rather than all at once, and the TA is a high tier unit so will come later. |

Actually you could be hoarding PPs to immediately unlock the doctrines once we unlock them. That and getting resource bonuses/veterancy. |
