At vet 0 he is fine and gets an INSANE health regen bonus. It's when he gains any kind of vet that medkits break and his regen reverts to the useless level. It's backwards

i wrote about that some weeks ago

it is really annoying and makes you have to retreat the officer very early

and as brn4meplz said the selfhealing seems to be broken with vet too

Bump, just saying, i have a medkit on it, but a correctly working Vet 1 regen would be far better and im not even sure if medkits work on officers(or 88s )  :/
