After getting the +300 Munitions advantage for 40 PP, I don't think the 300 extra MU does not seem to be registering. I presently have 2300 total, is this correct?

you get +150 each time


so you should have an extra 300 in total at level 2 and an extra 450 total at level 3

So yes 2,300 sounds about right, I think that the starting munitions is 2,000.

it's 300MU in total. when you get the second upgrade, it's actually just adding in another 150MU
