With the availibility increase of this nebel, you can no longer field 12 and have a functional company.

Yeah If A supply needs to be set so high it greatly hampers the performance it means the unit needs tweaking.

But we already know this. how to change it is the question. Personally I like the Pak 36 alot. the Direct fire nebel is... unique. fun to use but not the right theme i don't think

It's too blanket in its stats.

it needs larger splash radius it's a 280mm rocket and you can be right next to the hit and not take much damage. 

also this and the pak 36 need to be affected by defensive doc abilities.

Pak36 should be affected by camo netting.
280mm should be affected by Arty experts

Also, what about having the 280 fire in 3 rounds bursts and having a longer reload? Maybe change it so it's like a mortar and you can choose to fire a barrage of rockets rather than have it just keep firing.

also in terms of use, i think that if you treat it like it's a sniper then you can do well with it, keep it protected and let it do its damage. <3 Pak36 btw.

it needs to be slower, it's a 280mm nebel and the crew can move it faster than the normal nebel. Bigger shells means bigger tubes, means more weight, which means it should move slower. It also needs to turn slow, it needs anther crutch, at the moment it''s its accuracy, but it's only .25 @ long range, .50 medium and 100% close with no penalty vs anything it's just 100% if you're too close, which means it needs something to hurt it, it either needs to be a higher pop or pool cost, its just too good when its close, and because it moves fast, that means you can move it close pretty fast.

150 dmg vs everything is just stupid.
