I can play vanilla CoH perfectly fine. It is all up to date. However, when I install EiR and tyr to join a game, it tells me theres a new patch(the latest, 7.28mb one) and asks me if i want to download. Trying to download it results in a boot from the game(to "install it" which it doesnt) and denying it, simply doesnt let me log into Relic.

Suggestions? Reinstall?

Check the install folder for EiR, sounds like you have some old version of vCoH around and it was installed there, also try deleting that patch from -/mydata/mygames/coh/patch

Thanks, I had two installs of CoH(one for vista) and europe in ruins was installed in the wrong folder. That did it
