Hey can anyone tell me if they have increased the cool down on the PE mortar halftrack's incendary round since about 2 weeks ago? It really seems that since the last time that I played the rate of fire on this has gone down greatly, and that kind os sucks seeing that it is one of the most useful units for PE.
