Currently this unit serves a different purpose from vCOH.
I asking PE players to try it out to see what it affects.
Heres what we know so far: 1. Does not reduce cooldown times on anything. 2. Reduces reload and other on tank hull guns, infantry, and shrecks, jeeps. 3. Boosts your enemy units as well as yours.
Need to test paks, flak88, tank main guns, and vehicles etc.

Say what!
It supposedly reduces weapon cool down, NOT ability cool down. but keep the tests coming! interesting that it affects enemies stuff too.

Does this mean that if my enemy rushes me with one I shouldn't fire on it because it's helping me?

It doesn't reduce ability cooldown, it reduces 'weapon cooldown' which is basically a secondary weapon reload time.

Cooldown is how long after the weapon has been fired then they reload.

Well depending on the shots before reload anyway. if you have 8 rounds in a mag(Garand) cooldown is the time between shots until you use all 8.

Come on, it's ammo sitting on the back of a truck, It's not like the back door of it has Friend or Foe recognition locks. And it's World war 2, even the Germans carried allied ammo because they knew after the war was over we'd need an ally in central Europe to fight the commies.

Yeah well its not bulletproof and dies to small arms fire. logic that. and it needs a v1 explosion when killed since it carries goliaths and mines and etc.

It works i did a test yesterday for devs.
It affects
1. primary weapons on all units -tested with PE FG42s (increases fire rate a good 25%) 2. special weapons on inf -tested with PE tank busters (shrek relode is dramaticly reduced) 3. tanks -tested on panther(huge increase on codax MG and decreased relode time) 4. enemy units - tested on jeps and calli (realy it turns jeeps into HMGs lol) 5. light vehicles and scouts - tested with jeeps and bike as well as AC.
