im like the worst player in eir i have bad micro (well its ok) and i never win a win for me is saving squads and making enemy retreat off map if  i had somone to tell me what to do it would be 10 times easier and more fun so i think its a good idea for op

Its very Kreigspeil in a matter of fact and would add a dynamic i don't think exists in any game i know of.

Mind there would have to be a benifit for the commander in some fashion but i think it would be a fantastic addition !!!!

I thought I heard that an observer mode was a feature they are including in OF.  If so, then obviously we could implement this quite easily.

Ahhh yes, fantastic! But the only problem with that is it will be a neutral observer position.  They'll probably be able to see everything.  so, if you are going to go ahead with this idea, you'll have to modify it so that the Allied Commander can only see allied units and vice versa.

A commander would likely be of higher rank and as dasgunt said, it'll be fun.  Cheesy

That was an awesome battle DasGunt... we're doing our part for the allied cause!  Although I did get quite worried around the mid game here are some memorable moments: Retaking our howitzer for the second time, shooting at them with a captured Neber, infantry battles won solely with flame engineers and taking out the last of their armour with their own ATGs.
