in the gametables you have
sight radius modifier +5

I would guess this list is taken from the vCoH veterancy stats, and posted on the forums without alteration.
In fact, a 200 percent increase in DPS is ludicrous for any unit - it would be silly even for a jeep. For a geschutzwaggen, a 0.5 reload modifier is just not gonna happen due to one unit rape all scenarios.

wow twice as fast with that crazy range and damage, maybe it needs to be looked at hehe, I know that at vet 3 a regular marder in lock down can 3 shoot a sherman which is just plain crazy

Umm yeah.. I apologize, several units in that list are incorrectly marked... I have no idea how that happened if someone just copy/pasted from the dev forum. *Cough*

what happens and what dont happens is not your decision (thanks 2 god or wehrmacht would come onto the field with weaponless schwimmwagens only)
actually the hotchkiss has a 0.5 reload modifier with vet so your sentence is a contradiction anyways
and i don't ask for 0.5 reload modifier im just checking some things and the geschützwagen should get something better than +5 sight compared to +25% damage of the marder @ vet3

Actualy, it depends +5 sight will allow the geschutzwaggen to see a sherman and shoot it earlier, whereas you'll still have to have a spotter for the vet 3 marder to reach such "effective ranges".
Unlike you, bigdick, I am not biased. I play both sides(albeit I mainly concentrate on my allies in order to achieve some unlocks on at least one company), and I understand the problems axis have to face as well, such as commandos, or how annoying an allied sniper can be.

and the .5 reload modifier on the regular Hotchkiss is acceptable as its gun is pretty trash and we haven't decided whether to modify the weapon or not to bring it in line. If we do.. then the reload will be taken away.

Use it on a road, then you don't need to worry about turn rates. Giving it a turn rate modifiers would lessen it's main weakness. we can't go doing that. that be like making a Panther better at killing inf at Vet 3

It's main weakness is the fact that it dies to a fart. Like a stuart. No need to make it even harder in connection with the fucked up relic pathing. Reduce it's speed, but change the turn rate.

Changing it's rotation rate was the first thing I wanted to do, but it can't be done through veterancy entity_modifiers. It would basically have to change into a different unit. Which is far too much hard work.

Guys, as a side note, here are the stats on the Geschutzwagen:
-Exact same main gun as the Marder. EXACT, down to every detail in cooldown, reload, damage, range, accuracy, penetration, target_table. It was copy-pasted, since the vCoH G-wagen is a Marder with 250 damage and 7s reload, with a few minor target_table differences. In the EiRR environment, 250 damage per shot would not sit well, so we made it deal the same damage output as the Marder -- realistically so, as they both use the 75mm Pak40.
-Exact same health and armour type as Marder
-Rapid Fire = Reload x0.5
-The G-wagen is faster than the Marder -- hell, it's even faster than the Hotchkiss.
-Comes with a Machine Gun for no upgrade.
