People often uses it because it has red flare like arty.(decoy arty like commando specific) So my suggestion is to make it white flare and to make it more usefull 1 sec. after flare

hahah.... drop smoke, let them see the flares and then call in the recon run, they´ll hit the retreat button ASAP before the fake bombing run kills them all Shocked.

I think smoke drop should be an Airborne Ability so all Airborne drop in after a smoke drop so they are very unlikely to be hit.  allows you to actually call in Airborne near the battle, not 5 miles away because if 1 inf squad is there the Airborne will be torn apart.

I use the smoke as decoy arty, It takes too long to use as proper smoke.

Same here.
It actually works, I put it in front of an advancing P4 and he stayed back

I use smoke to take out an MG if I don't have indirect fire methods available and it's covered by anti-tank. You can charge a riflesquad right into an mg42 and stand in front of it and kill it before the smoke wears off because smoke makes the mg42 almost useless,

Is Akranadas in this thread? Fucker can't stop bragging about his "waifu taldeer" and cosplaying in an eldar farseer costume while shouting "Flithy monkeighs!" interspaced with random eldar gibberish.

I've used smoke barrage for the smoke, to take out a flak covered by a flakvierling behind enemy lines. Dropped in airborne further back, dropped smoke between the flak and vierling, ran up to the flak with a satchel, and got away before the smoke lifted.
