Personally I disagree with the restriction on one lmg or shrek on a single grenadier squad. I think it was a bad change because wehr doesnt have a tank movement disabler and needs to be able to put out a lot of damage against circling tanks. Their accuracy with veterancy and at medium range coupled with their penetration is a bigger issue for me. As for double lmgs, you needed to counter these with snipers or tanks which imo was okay. Rangers and commandos could overpower them given ideal conditions as well.

The medikit change was a bit heavy-handed as well. Their effectiveness in combat was where the main criticism lay, and it was not accompanied by a triage type of nerf nerf too if the system is supposed to be that healing units are vulnerable to attack, which makes sense.

As for 006g, I hope a commando price increase is imminent after playing Leophone and Mudkip's commando spam companies. Not the piat commando, but the regular ones. The amount of commandos you could field even with full advantages was just stupid. I felt outsquadded with my infantry spam PE company (!).

i'd have to agree about that but commando's really dont have any type of anti tank, and a lot of commando spam don't have brens to button tanks. I played against commando spam and had no real issues. Matter of fact, it was leo phone and i won that game. But yea, there were a lot of commandos Cheesy

Correction, they used to NOT have a crippler...the new Volk mines are Cripple mines, they do NO damage, but they make the tank move a little bit faster then a Destroyed engine, not matter what it is Smiley

i must be mising somthing but since WHEN have mines actualy stoped a cercil strafe? all fractions get mines once again a static imoble take disabler is not a valid solution to the core problem at hand of not having eather the old stoping power of dual shreks or having a simi reliable tank disabler.

LOL i do and most of my teamates and any one who uses shreks serously. even if you didnt use you always had that option why restrict us when orignal THERE WAS NO PROBLEM.

I didn't but i just made a company with dual lmgs, well that's gone now, as i have no way of getting it back.

For 50 pp you should be able to get both, double schreck and double lmg tbh.

the one thing that bugs me about that is that you still haft to replace one of your docs just to get basic weapons that have always been standard, idk i just dont get why i haft to waist PP on a doc to unlock 1 weapon for 1 unit and thats 1 of my 3 t2s gone, just seams like a mjor waist of time imo. idk mayby make it for both LMG and shrek plus couple it with some sort of docternal gren buff for witch ever doc is you buy it for (Ie supresion res for grens for blitz decreased relode time a bit 2, more health for deffensive on grens and reduced incoming accurcy, more supresion and dmg for grens on terror maybe?)

now i could see the as a nice t2 or t3 that would give each doctrine its own flavor when it comes to infentry warfare.

as Smokaz mentioned on the previous page, I'd love to see someone look at shrek accuracy at medium range w/ vet2+.  It seems a little over the top to me...
