Cost Changes
Puma Upgun now 50 MU (From 65 MU)
Gamplay Changes
Medkits delay set to 5 secs
Recon team Marksman shot can now snipe support teams, range 45 (was 40)
Minimum XP gained for higher ranks is now only 10% per level difference instead of 20%
• Infantry Haltrack Suppression increased to .009/7/5/5 from .007/5/3/3
Gameplay Fixes
Fixed Mobile Warfare
Fixed Bazookas on Rangers
Fixed PE Fausts (They now fire)
Fixed Stickys (again)
Wehr Panther vet (lvl3 speed) changed to match PanzerElite one (lvl3 dmg)

Not sure if the price list for units is updated but it lists calliope as taking 10 pop cap and the launcher has it at 12. Also 10 pp seems a bit pricey given the new pp costs of the pershing and the Panther... I guess since no one uses them it doesn't matter THAT much  |

You could make puma upguns free and people would still not use them, puma' s AI performance is just too good compared to the crappy gun you get for 50 mu.

oversupply? if your over supply the launcher doesn't let you join.. unless you are talking about using supply drops to save ammo. |
