Start fixing Teir one upgrades like DEFENSIVE in axis,
Stop fixing tier 4 and start aiding new people who only got teir 1 or 2...
This is "mod fix tiers that fits them" feeling

I'd love to see some of the T2's that improve Commandos implemented to soothe my pain at having to cut 180 manpower and muni from somewhere, that way I can work with less of them and put them to new uses. Merciless vehicle ramming has been reducing their effectivneess as behind-enemy-lines type troopers recently, so I'd particularly like to see how they perform with the speed boost.

Ok.... why was omniscience nerfed? it was truly usefull on tanks and bikes, I don´t think anyone will hesitate to get a 20%HP buff for his army instead of a LOS increase for infantry..
