I dont see any problem with the old Omniscience, it doesn't give you any offensive power.
What it gives you is tactical awareness..move the tank back before the AT gun sets up, move the mortar before the flanking rifles get it etc.

Old omniscience was perfect/powerful to people who knew how valuable it was.

Absolutely needs to be on bikes.  Infantry is pitiful as a T4.

Back in the day it was 40, but I believe they reduced it to 30%.  It effected more than just infantry however.

44CP - Omniscience (All units gain 50% sight range, 15% range, 15% accuracy, and double stealth detection - replaces Advance Warning)

That was the Old Omniscience, from march 08 until EIR *died", september 08, it was just 40% more sight, 2x stealth detection for all units, 31 CP.

Ok.... why was omniscience nerfed? it was truly usefull on tanks and bikes, I donīt think anyone will hesitate to get a 20%HP buff for his army instead of a LOS increase for infantry..

Fatherland defense is too powerful in the current EIRR doctrine environment as well.  20% more hp on all units?  Compared to abilities like British Grit that only gives tommies and sappers 25% more hp?

All the old EIR doctrine abilities have been toned down.   Heavy support, Raid Assault, now omniscience.   Fatherland defense is next I bet.

Heavy support was nerfed in 2 ways in EIRR, you canīt have a support team army like before anymore due to availability.

Ok, Scopes was also nerfed to hell lol..... 10% more sight range and accuracy for volks and grens, 75pps + T3 just for that... yeah. >.<.

We're trying to turn away from giving buffs to all infantry. Seeing as how all the other doctrines only 1 or two units become affected by the unlock. where as when Wehrmacht doctrines were done nearly every ability said 'All infantry' So yes... they got hit.

But I Don't really care for Infantry buffs, only reason I got Fitness because I really don't have any of the T1 stuff that I want. Gonna get Basic supplies so my stuff becomes more cost effective, but thats probally all I really want Smiley

Can't wait for the Oaks and Leaves Doctrine, that looks like its going to pretty sweet, Don't know if I want that or V1 though (I'm going KT since that was the reason I went Terror so I can't both sadly)

As far as I know we don't have a date set for a reset. We need to finish all the doctrines first and make sure the overall balance is there before we go resetting everything.
