I remember the base officer having an 800 second artillery cooldown. For Vet3 he's supposed to have a -120 second reduction. I just played a game and noticed it was still 800.

Although I only use the Artillery once as an opportunity to use it again didnt present itself by the time it was ready to use again. I re-watched to see if you could look at the cooldown by observing...but I didn't see it. So hopefully this replay helps. And apparantly I accidentally posted on the account i'm making for Terror, my apologies on that. |

Myth Busted! It actually does work. The barrage recharge time for the officer mortar barrage is 900s initially. vet 3 makes it 770.

Whats the good reason? lol all i see is a 15 min cooldown on something that typically gets very few kills but moves people away/off the field.
Hell i can achieve with an Officer and a smoke(offmap) and without using his barrage what it takes an officer using his barrage to do

He's supposed to only have a 10 - 12 minute cooldown.
(Heck it was 8 minutes in old EIR, his vet brought it down to 6 minutes.)

Well, for the 2 times i've used it...it scored 22 kills per use. I'd say that's fairly awesome lol. I mean my officer got Vet 2 from the first barrage, and vet 3 from the second barrage. Nobody expects the lieutenant! |
