And those other goodies clearly never come into play to support the un-skirted P4s? Tongue.

Schrecks don't have 100% accuracy, damage and penetration* modifiers against all unupgraded enemy vehicles, have an insanely low scatter that makes them near 100% accurate, and come on the best platform in the game; RRs do.
*only exceptions being the Panther, Hetzer, and superheavies.

I already pay 40MU more for a Schreck than a RR, and can only take one Schreck on a squad. Why should I have to pay an additional 60-80MU per vehicle just to make things 'even?'

How much does 15% reduced incoming accuracy improve a squad's survivability?

I'll shoot you 20 times, now remove 3 of the bullets. Do you feel better?

Anytime reduced accuracy is in play it adds quite a bit to survivability. you generally own;t notice it in stand up fights but it's there. you mostly notice it on snipers or when retreating or something, but AB get a base 20% moving reduced accuracy bonus and this works with that also. I use my AB to draw out Sniper fire because they have the highest chance of missing on them.

Also, an RR does half the damage a schrek does, you get 2 for an upgrade. but you pay 165 munitions for it. They are not the best AT platfrom because they are visible and do take time to kill their targets. Stormtroopers are the best platform. AB comes in at a close second but you do feel the cost hurt when you purchase RR's.

It's a 25% moving reduction actually.
AB Armor + Hard n Fast means that AB get almost 40% damage reduction. Wowzers. I know what I'll be taking.

All I play is Airborne. RR's are great against Axis Armor, and they do hit most of the time.

One problem is the damge they do sucks most of the time.
The biggest problem is any type of infantry rapes them. I really don't give a shit about stats and tables, the truth lies in game play.

I do not noob stomp - therefore I rarely see an axis tank that does not have some sort of infantry nearby. (axis mortar from the other side of the map comes to mind as well). By the time my airborne get thier second shot off, they are gibbed by the axis infantry.

So the stats and tables may say the airborne with RR are a great platform; but in reality, I must keep them hidden most of the game and pray my team mates have some good AI.

But what the fuck do I know...I suck most of the time anyway.

RRs are skirmishers and snipers.

Storms with shreks are close range ambushers.

They work differently.  Storms with shreks take a lot of risk, RRs, properly microed, can easilly last you the entire game.   Although without a triage this is hard now.

And dodge bonuses >>>> dmg reduction bonuses.    I saw a sherman miss a stationary terror vet 3 gren squad in green cover 10 times in a row because of all the stacking dodge bonuses from cover+vet+ fitness.

yea...and its kinda funny cuz they miss weird too. I played a game where my sherman shot at a house with a vet squad in it and it hit the ground in front of the house at least twice im like "wtf?"

Wait.  Increase the cooldown on fireflies?  Isn't that going to force people to use multiple CCTs? Embarrassed

It doesn't. It just makes the Firefly worse with CCTs on them

I think that is at least debatable.  Personally I'd prefer AB with fireup since it helps them stay on map much longer after the first time you use them.  Stormies have to outright avoid being put at risk of being suppressed - while using a weapon that needs closer range to begin with, and the AB can not only engage at a farther range - but fireup should things get dicey.  I guess what I'm saying is, fireup > cloak, 6 men > 4 men, imo.  I could understand someone else may not agree though.

Regardless, both weapons are very good, and both weapons are priced relatively equally.  If someone wanted to split hairs, I suppose an argument could be made to either increase shrek price by a very small amount, or decrease RR by a very small amount...  but its not as though adding or subtracting 50 or so MU from any given company is really going to change much.

Honestly I think the bigger issue is skirts > no skirts.
