"M10s and M18s have 25% more health"
Doesn't seem like this ability is working. My M10s are still dying in 3 hits from non-Heat Rounds, non-vetted Panthers.
Number crunch time:
Panther shot = 137.5 dmg
x3 = 412.5 dmg, enough to kill a vanilla M10.
