Hi guys
i just discovered eirR, its been a long time since eir.
anyway, anyone have any success running the launcher under windows 7 64bit? (7100)
i have downloaded everything, from dx setup to .net framework etc that are in the troubleshoot, but it always crash when i click on launch button.
i also tried to watch replays, have the correct .sga file in eir directory and proper shortcut for reliccoh.exe, but when every i watch replays, i always get sync error, and people acting weird and stupid such as leaving vehicle next to enemy AT gun, and that AT gun never fired on that vehicle anyway.

I been running the windows 7 64 bit for a while with no troubles. Now my sound and video are only 32 bit running in compatability mode. But I've had no trouble with nothing, and absolutely love it.

Off Topic: Windows 7 RC right? What do you guys think of it AND did you guys like Vista?
On Topic: Those sync errors that your getting might be because the version of your launcher and the version of the Replay might be different.

7 is far better than vista cuz it likes me a lot and i like it to. It hink 7 has good performance and is easy to use cuz it does me good things. i love 7.

win 7 is far better than xp, and little bit better than xp in terms of performance.
so u guys are all on win 7 64bit and runs launcher fine?

Never used vista, hate it when I do need to touch it. Ran my hacked copy of xp pro for 5 years, loved it. Now using windows 7, really good but a bit of a learning curve, lots of new stuff to get used to. The RC version runs untill 2010 July 10th. They simply stopped giving out keys a while ago. There is no paid copy of it. At the end you'll need to go back to something else, or try and get in another beta or something.

I have to dig this up again...
I have Windows 7, I can can´t get this to work.
I have tried to make this work, but when i click on Launch, the game crash (Launch to get into the Launcher from the AutoUpdater)
How do i get this to work?

AmPm, what files? All files? I could only do it one one file, the Autoupdater in the coh folder, and that did not work (still crashed)

That's the autoupdater, there's also the EIRRLauncher in the EIRRLauncher folder.
Does it crash after you hit launch, or just not do anything?

Admin on those 2 files, still ,when i try to start the launcher it crashes, (i cant even get the first luncher and login page up)

I can confirm the "Download Latest Version!" is broken, leading to a luncher that dose not work for Windows (7?)
The above link to luncher fixed my problem
