i can confirm that light vehicle repair doesn't work. I bought one on my quads, jeeps, and m8's and i got nothing.

Offensive Operations is also bugged, I'm not sure on R+ games but in attack mode it isn't working.

Definitely. Best thing to use them for is to hold territory, not capping.
