General:
***   REPAIR KIT CHANGE HAS THE SIDE EFFECT THAT IT WILL NOT SHOW ON VEHICLE UNTIL IT HAS BEEN DAMAGED, THEN WILL POP UP.
*  Officer Aura's will effect allied troops.

US:
*  Repair kit and Onboard Repair kit now share the same spot and will only display if purchased AND damaged.
*  T17 staghound is now effected by Medium repair kits
*  American officer fixed to display his aura
*  Flamethrower: 55 Mun (From 50)
*  AB Riflemen grenades: 40 Mun (From 30)
*  AB Riflemen stickies: 95 Mun, 3 uses (From 80)
*  Sticky Bombs: 60 Mun, 3 uses (From 80 Mun, 4 uses)

*  Satchel timer reduced to 3 seconds (From 4)
*  T17 White Phosphorus rounds set to cool down of 240 seconds

CW:
*  Hull down moved back to its original position on UI
*  Tank shock is back on churchill variants.
**  Supercharged artillery rounds now effects the 25 pounder by 50%, priest stays at 25%
**  Binoculars gives 15 sight range instead of 15% sight range.
*  Stuart Correctly 8 pop in launcher (already done)
*  Stuart Canister shot is set to cool down of 240 seconds (same as suppression fire)
*  Creeping Barrage is set to cool down of 600 seconds
**  T4 Engineers:  Flanking Maneuvers (grants global unlock of modified flank speed) added
*  Bren carriers health reverted to 215.
*  Units in Bren carriers should not take damage until the vehicle explodes


WM:
*  Flamethrower: 55 Mun (From 50)
*  Grenadier Grenade: 20 Mun (From 25)

*  T3 Blitz: Assault swapped to T2
*  T2 Blitz: Improved Barrels swapped to T3, and set to 15%


PE:
*  Munitions halftrack fixed to display its aura again.
*  PE New unit:  Upgunned ATHT.  (Gun has same stats as 50mm Pak gun. +50 health) can only purchase repair upgrade.
*  new T2 PE: Tank Hunters:  Hotchkiss Command Section (Hotchkiss Officer unlocked) added
**  T4 Tank Hunters:  Improved GearBox added (increases acceleration/Decceleration of all tanks and Speed by 1) added
**  T4 Tank Hunters:  Hunter Killers (25% damage, accuracy, penetration applied to Jagdpanthers and Hetzers) added
*  Vampire halftrack reduced to 2 population, matches all other utility units in game.
** T4 Scorched Earth: No-mans land mine field will take 3 more seconds to spawn mines once rockets touchdown. (7 total)
**  Group Zeal range extended by 10, and .2 added to stats.
*  Units in Infantry Halftracks should not take damage from explosions near the halftrack.

The hotchkiss officer has 100 more hitpoints, medium repair kits, a inherent 15% incoming accuracy buff, and sight close to a jeeps.

It does not have a OFFMAP ability, or a constant aura.

It does have a aura that can be activated every 5 minutes for 15 seconds.

this aura will do:

Buff friendly vehicles in a wide circle around the hotchkiss with a reload buff, cooldown buff,  and a range buff.

the activation also activates a circle around the hotchkiss itself slowing down enemy tank commanders slightly in movement and turret rotation and sight radius.

as well as a further defensive measure of slowing down infantry in a tighter range around the tank.

all doctrines once i get it in... it should be interesting.  we'll balance it as we go!

in my testing it wasn't OP, was able to lose it considerably fast a few times Sad

YOU WILL HAVE TO REBUY YOUR LIGHT VEHICLE REPAIR KITS, i just erased em all off of your vehicles to allow the staghound change!

Sounds sweet. Gotta try that out then, will it keep focus fire and/or treadbreaker. Or have they been removed for balance?

Also, Is the officer a Inf or a Tank commander thing (like the Cromwell command tank)? Couldn't work out what one it was Shocked

Nice patch work though, most of looks like good stuff, +5 muntions on the flamer seemed a bit strange though...Didn't really think it needed a nerf, specially since the platform it was on ain't the best platform to use it. Although its nice to see the bren got a slight nerf too, Specially since their health was silly sometimes (taking 3 pak shot's ect).

Also, Might as well ask this here, Flammen-Assault squads and their flamers, is it possible to make it swap round if the flamer dies, since I rather have a flamer then a MP44, or is this gonna take some/already been fixed?

we bought the i9mproved barrel,s when its moved shall it be still selected? im hoping that for others sake, lucky for me i dont have this issue but other blitz players might not be happy as they bought all the doctrines buffs and miss out on that certian buff. nice place to put it though.

I say leave it there for a while. Is the gun exactly like the pak, like the range and everything or just the damage? If it gets its range and the damage, i can see this be a real nasty unit to have for pe, wont need marders as much...heck might replace my schrecks if this proves to be a good thing to have.
