are any of your FREE charges of offmaps using SP when you go in game?

i had a report that strafing run was costing sp for its free and mandatory use.

please report if you notice.

It was changed to be a little bigger firestorm and its still bad considering its a T4.

I expected something like a really huge incendiary round strike with a few rockets.
