Vet modifiers are the numbers between brackets found here:
http://forums.europeinruins.com/index.php?topic=8543.0

Its how fast a unit vets up, current vet levels 10, 40 , 80

So a unit with a vet modifier of (2.0) or 200, engineers for example, will have these vet levels: 5, 20, 40
A unit with a vet modifier of (0.5) or 50 would have 20, 80, 160

as you can see VET / abiltities and tweaks are listed in the price list, i'll be adding them slowly over the next bit

Well, for ease of building gimmick companies, you should probably add the OP-rating as well.  Rangers, airborn, and stormies should probably have reasonably high ratings, while things like allied mortars should have relatively low ratings.
