I always thought pgrens should be small numbers and expensive, but do alot of damage and take a good amount of hits. Right now they are just small numbers and suck.

Buff damage on their normal rifles just slightly and health (or armour type), so they can stand and fight by themselves, and defend the vehicles around them.

Charging g43s should be a deathwish so id say buff their damage with a slight cost increase, they should be the best long range rifle.

I thought he helped get vet faster aswell If he gives a suppression resistance it aint working, they get insta suppressed by 30cals max range :/

I thought the .30 dealt less suppr than the mg42, but in turn was more deadly. I have been playing PE and I get suppressed almost instantly after 1/2 burst. Did they change the suppr on the 30?

I does less suppression, but still suppresses extremely quickly. Even Grens get suppressed on the first burst of a .30, so the MG42's extra suppression is kinda pointless (especially since so many Allied units can just Fire Up). It's the extra range that gives the 42 its edge.

Anyways, I agree that PGrens suck; a buff or two is in order.

1.) The thing that bugs me the most with PGrens is how you can take 1 stray rifle nade or other attack like that, and lose ~75% on your guys. The fact that PGrens have small squads and automatically bunch together as a unit makes them uber prone to these stray shots. 1 rifle nade shouldnt negate the fighting capability of an entire squad! In a distanced firefight PGrens stand up ok, but i feel they die so fast still due to their low squad size (i.e t17 gibbing 1 member after another)

2.) What DOES the vet sergeant do?? People seem to speculate, but I would like a concrete answer from the devs. Thank you

EDIT: Illegal said it gives some suppression resistance, but it seems totally unnoticeable. So why should we buy it then?

I'm not a dev but i'm sure this is concrete evidence..

PGrens are fine, they are great infantry if you know what you are doing with them, easily able to hold their own against similar units (rifles, volks, grens, AB), they are not meant to be full on elite assault troops, even the Assault Grens,
