Patch notes for 007c
Artillery Rework + Misc fixes.

Artillery Rework
Artillery now has a floating point added to most offensive artillery strikes.

US:
Howitzer shot - Wide

WM:
Precision Strike - Minimum
V1 - Wide
Rocket Barrage - Wide
Firestorm - Short

CW:

Mortar Saturation - Short (reduced shells from 32 to 16)
Earth Shaker - Very Wide (reduced damage by 1/2, increased shells by 2, fixed damage tables)
Decoy Artillery (Real Artillery version) - Short

PE:
Scorched Earth - Short
Opening Barrage - Wide

Ranges:
Very Wide = 5 - 35
Wide = 5 - 25
Shot = 3 - 15
Minimum = 1 - 10
In meters, this is ~0.5:1m ratio

Cost Changes

US
* Sherman: 395 MP, 240 F (From 395 MP, 250 F)
* T17: 330 MP, 75 F (From 315 MP, 50 F)
* M10: 300 MP, 160 F (From 300 MP, 170 F)
* M8 .50 Cal: 35 MU (From 50 MU)
* M8 Skirts: 45 MU (From 60 MU)
* Hawkins Mine: 15 Mun (From 20)

US Pool Changes
Infantry/Airborne/Armour
* Light Vehicles - 12/16/16 to 10/14/16
* Armour - 12/10/20 to 14/12/20

Value Changes
* Tommies: 1 (From 2)
* Recon Tommies: 2 (From 1)
* Firefly: 5 (From 4)
* T17: 4 (From 3)

Gameplay changes
Attack / Defend games
Deployment time is now 2,3,4 and 5 minutes depending on the number of players.
Attackers now gain an extra 3 pop when attacking.

Gameplay fixes
* Terror - Propoganda fixed, no longer permanent, and modifiers lowered.
* American Officer Colt tweaked.
* Goliath is now detectable.
* Boys AT Rifle is now useful. Longer reload / low penetration, medium damage.
* 50mm ATHT has its speed, acceleration / deceleration and turn rate reduced.
* Tetrach priorities fixed.
* Map changes should happen twice as fast now.

Launcher Additions
Added total number of 'hovered' over unit.

Achievement winners have recieved their gifts.

Units are primarily 'balanced' within their own availability pools, unlike the Wehrmacht British do not have a cheap infantry alternative and unlike any other faction they need to rely on officers to make their infantry shine.
(And mind you LTs and Captains are 3 in the infantry pool)

Because recon tommies went up to 2, putting all three of the brittish mainline infantry units to 2. WM still has access to volksgrenadiers, whereas CW would have been left restricted at no units with just 1 availability.

M8s, in my opinion, have needed the buffing for a pretty long time now. I am, however, surprised at the slight buffing of the 50mm HT. Yes, the munitions price went up by 30, and the manpower by 10, but 40 Fuel is worth more(percentaly to total available fuel) than 30 munitions and 10 manpower.

Well the point was to make the 50mm HT a Muni alternative to the Marder instead of just a cheap Marder.

lol to field an not recrewable suppression unit as pe cost me now a T2 and 150 mun?

i thought it was expensive like hell before when it was 135mun

why not make it an upgrade for a normal scout car?

I don't think you understood.

ALL Normal scout cars now get an mg42 upgrade. (When locked down)
SE T2 gives the support scout car a free mg42 when locked down.

Basically this adds an alternative, more reliable 'suppression' unit for the PE

But eh it might not actually be in yet Tongue

actually all i see is that the mg upgrade price for pe scorched earth healing car went up from 35 to 50 mun ( nothing free on healing scoutcar or upgradeable on normal scoutcar)

Updater says im up to date and doesnt download any files. Cant log in due to incorrect launcher version. Dont tell me i have the wrong updater, its comes with the 005 download.
