Because it's sometimes difficult to find people to play axis or allied in a game, we should just have a game mode called IDK "Civil War" that let's you play axis v axis and allied v allied.

There are a lot of broken multipliers for units against other units of the same faction. They aren't really meant to shoot at each other.
