Am I going nuts, or was the vet 2 on the panther +5 range? did that get silently nerfed recently?

I think all vet 2 range buffs were removed a few patches ago.

Panther never had range buff at vet 2. The PE panther used to have +10 range at vet 3. Or was that something else...

no it´s true, the PE had a range boost but ye they are all gone by now.

PE panther used to have +10 range at vet 2 AND 3. I used to have a 67.5 range panther sniping ATGs.
