Or the American Officer having a reload/rate of fire buff, to simulate him ordering his troops to fire more rounds.

I love this attitude around here, the croc is largely agreed upon as being underpowered yet some people are already making snide remarks towards a change not even implemented yet. Which isn't even a radical idea, its just a buff of the 10% hp buff the bulldozer always has provided for the croc since vcoh times..

Focus fire from what exactly? Heroic armor type baby, you cant hit me. Add green cover and vet, oh la la. I bet fitness affects him as well.. then pop a terror t2 medikit on him, good luck bringing him down.
Don't drink haterade and burp on the community just because you play terror and it's being perceived as OP.. I play terror too, yet I can accept why a lot of people think it's the best wehr doctrine and I can agree with some stuff being OP just because its silly to play against and easy to play with.

I want to make a replay of all the gay ways i've lost my officers
If his health/armor was to be reduced i doubt he'd be worth the use,seeing as if he doesn't live long enough to slow down the soldiers then hes useless

Brit captain has 60 hp and heroic armor(note he gets a bunch of defensive buffs if hes in friendly territory).
Sherman does 87.5 damage per shot, its physically impossible to kill a full hp terror officer with one shot.

Then you must believe the American officer/LT/Captain are even more useless since they have vastly less hp compared to the terror officer.
Smokaz is right, terror doesnt have any sucky abilities, just varying degrees of pwn.

your not getting it,those guys only need to buff their own units, so they can stay back and what not the terror officer needs to slow down units so to be used effectively he needs to be RIGHT next to them..
Also from what i can tell the american officer has better range than the TO
Not to mention the TO is a doctrine unlock,of course he should be better than a LT or a captain
Captain - 150 man power 40 munitions
Lt - 155 Man power 40 Munitions
TO - 220 man power 150 munitions
American officer - 220 60 Munitions

So........ Terror never had any officer in the first place, that maybe the problem? Terror officers are a godsend to LMG squads.
And the price only says he's the best of all of them haha, he has the best armor, more HP than any other officer, coupled with a deadly weapon at close range, and the perfect counter to fire up, slow.
You should try using it from inside an HT.

He's useless in HT's since usually there is AT around.

Well i wont lie i probly and being a bit baised but thats just natural i'm an axis player..
I have played as brits and I've run into several of them, Why don't you start using one? i've never seen you play terror this war...

And yes it has happened believe it or not i thought the same thing(wasn't at full health like 4/5 of health)
Also he gets run over by a sherman or anything thats as fast as a sherman.

I've seen 4 terror officer start with panther support before. 4 off-maps = dead atguns, officer = dead infantry, panther = dead vehicles.
Edit:
Terror officer offmap comes free with unit at 150 mun. Brit LT and Captain have to pay 150/140 mun respectively to buy offmap. While their offmap is more devastating, the TO's anti-infantry offmap is still strong enough to cripple MGs and ATGs - which are really the more important targets anyway.
That's quite a lot of firepower and special ability for 150 mun.
