what really got me was a panther popping my us officer two games in a row on one shot, no misses, just decided to shoot once and boom, he's gone, at first i thougth it was a fluke and then the next game it happened again so uh...wtf? |

that was against me on linden I think? the vet3 one anyway. anyway my list... -counter sniped on dawn -7 gangbang bike on linden -out of control friendly m10 -ground attack from a KT while cloaked lol other then those i havent used a sniper much since i've played brits lately |

I had a sniper hiding behind of a sherman that went ooc and ran him over =(
i have my officers randomly shot by panthers as well. it sucks that they can survive 3 sniper shots , but can only survive 1 tank shot MOST of the time. sometimes they get away. oh well they are pretty easy to vet up for the most part.

I find it rather lame how well panthers snipe Snipers/Officers tbh.. its not their purpose and they do it extremely well, whenever im against a a commando sniper spam I bring out a panther and snipe them from afar.. not as big of a deal as the officers tho tbh
im thinking LTs and captains should be able to survive more then one shot from a tank destroyer.. panthers hardly ever miss these and it gets lame having a random panther snipe take out somebody's vet officer. I'm not saying panthers shouldn't be able to kill officers, im just saying they shouldn't be the best counter to an officer/sniper tbh.

I always lose my officers as CW by just not paying enough attention to them (especially my captain).
My lieutenants are expandable IMO.
My captain I usually have it way back, and it gets flanked and raped while I'm enjoying the frontline battle.

maybe it's because there's a 0.6 acc on all infantry for panther gun a it's .75 moving! So...my guess is, if i keep my officer still, the panther has a 15% less chance of hitting it lol but yea, m10s and fireflys blow at taking out any type of infantry unless you by chance run them over. |
