I had a CCT trailing after a firefly, cromwell and a blob of sherman wreaking havoc on the enemy. I know 100% for sure that both the british (my own) and american tanks receiving the bonus was killing a bunch of axis units. Yet, when I look at my CCT after the fight I see (1xp).

Is the XP gain from tanks killing in its vicinity currently bugged? Isnt command tanks supposed to gain xp from the tanks it is supporting when they kill?

Same seems to be happening with my lieutnants. No matter how many axis soldiers the infantry around the LT kills, the LT seems to gain no experience from this. Only killing on his own seems to grant any xp.

Can anyone confirm that the british leader xp gain is currently working?

it merely gives advantages to your troops and your allies, but you wont gain xp from other allied units

Only British Troops that you own will give XP to your officers.

you know what though, sometimes I wonder if that actually has a negative affect to its experience because i've noticed that when i kill stuff near my cct with it also supporting an allied vehicle i dont get any xp gain.

Dafuq man, don't ask for proof if you'll refuse it if it's not in your favor, logic fallacy for the bloody win.

i think it could possibly be bugged. i had my CCT hanging out around my FF and priest and they would rack up kills, yet i notice my CCT gets no XP til i start running stuff over. I mean isn't 100% XP supposed to transfer to these officer units? Or is it modified in some way? Like only 50% of XP transfers?

The best way to rack up xp for the cct is by hanging it around stuff killing infantry and not tanks i've noticed. When i had it hanging around my cromwell when i first was playing brits and racking up infantry kills and lv kills (the only thing its good at ) my cct went vet 2 in one game but now i can't even get one to Vet 1
