I am currently stuck as one of 3 employees at my work. They just fired the 4th so now I have to do more work to cover the 4th persons load. I clocked at 60 hours last week.

One of our other staff members just got ill with a bad case of the flu, I am now currently on a double shift which is will be 14 hours long without even a break.

You want an update huh? I want some free time to have to myself.

I left just after standard EiR became EiR:R (for some reason I can't remember, think it was RL matter), as much as I was used to and rather good at playing the original EiR I personally think that EiR:R in its current state is far improved, albeit different, to the original. The only issue I have with EiR:R is the fact that it's not as easy as it used to be for a fresh company to get onto its feet.

Dafuq man, don't ask for proof if you'll refuse it if it's not in your favor, logic fallacy for the bloody win.

i hate how people suggest resetting docs or for instance the whole system. I dont believe we have the right to suggest we should reset when we have no control over this mod.

but hey, thats just my opinion i tend to get annoyed by little things.. like people standing behind me.

Hence why I am not demanding anything.  Its their mod, they can do what they want.  I am just saying what would make me play a bit more and probably enjoy the mod a bit more.  Some or most might disagree with me, thats their right as well.

Right now I can honestly say I do not enjoy playing.  For various reasons including off maps, unit abilities, spam, and powerfull doctrine abilities.  Also the maps we have are all overplayed,  our website is not updated often,  our launcher too complex and very annoying to use and there is no alternative like their used to be.

Our last update to our front page was over a month and half ago...  EIR's spinn off mod has updates every couple weeks at the minimum, sometimes faster.  They have a lot more maps than we do as well.  Their mods gameplay is far superior than ours right now as well.  The only reason I dont play that mod is because of issues that I cant write here or this thread will develop into another one of "those" threads.

OMG game play is extremely campy. Why I'm playing EiR and not OMG.

exactly....the allies digg in and try to arty everything using calli, 105, priest, 25pounder... to death

the axis try to strike back using mortars and nebels to clear the path tocatch their arty

feels kind of campy and lame imho
but you have a much bigger chance to win as axis than in eir cause all the arty noobs play allies and shreks are not retarded expensive and paks behave like vCOH

and you can make some good usage out of stugs since allies spam not AP rounds M18 hellcats of doom

No, I mean Original EIR. The times before the launcher, the times when everything was done manually. Ah, today is like easy street compared to those days. The only thing I miss from those days is the respect

EiR was good, that's why we continued to play it despite the glaring flaws that went unfixed for months at a time.  EiR:R is vastly superior, although I do my AB spam company.

I would definitely return if EiR was like it used to be, when you actually gave a shit about your company and the community, now it is just a fugly launcher and a bunch of 14 year-olds who don't know that Tym and Aloha have as much balancing aptitude as a one legged, ear-less piss head.

Coincidence Brad? I think not.
