What about removing all kind of moving stealth?

i mean the double commando sniper is working, isnt it?
Why not replacing all sniper with that kind of style?

And about stormtroppers...why not make them super hard to suppress, maybe harder than kch. So they can realy "storm" like Airborn oder Rangers often do...

Just an idea i had Cheesy

the stationary stealth should be still in their on the hellcat and falls for example.

I actually agree - giving stationary stealth to more units could also be an idea, while removing mobile stealth to every one of them.

The way you propose to change the stormtroopers is also quite a good one! Make them really hard to suppress, maybe even give them fire-up, and it'll really help Smiley.

i dont know... by giving storms fire up we would just creat to similar units in my eyes. Fucking hard to suppress Storms would be enough in my eyes. So they still would kill support weapons wich are sitting somewhere alone.

And by cloaking in cover they could still rape tanks. Okay their AT potential would go down but maybe there is a way to compensate that. For example through their price.

asking to remove stealth or to move it to be ambush ability is same like asking AB and rangers fire up be replaced with Sprint...

I'd have absolutely no problem with that.  No cloak and no fireup would be an improvement to the gameplay IMO.

Sure, make the .30 cal suppress as well as the MG42(or vice versa), then I'll be happy to replace my fire-up with sprint. It's far better than fire-up in teh sense it doesn't fuck you in the ass after it's been used, and has a recharge time of 30 seconds or such Smiley.

NO sprint for airborne or rangers. Sprint is better than fireup currently. The only problem is that it comes on squads that have little to no surviability.

this is not about sprint or fire up!

That was just an example to compensate the lose of moving cloak and to make them "storm" and not sneak tropper.

Here's a cool idea. Change the name of Stormtrooper to Sneaktrooper, and leave all stats and abilities untouched. Problem solved.

ok how about we remove steath but give all inf units that ability to ambush from green cover like they are hiding in a bush for greater defensive gamepay remove stealth from all walking stealth from snipers and make them 2 man teams like the commandos to improve survability esp for german sniper who seems to never survive.

and maybe create a inspired assualt button for stormies like fire up is for rangers but instead of being a ton of grenades that stun they run at the target either instant pinning it with fire or supressing and pinning it at a faster rate until they come in contact with the unit.

I have always said cloaking was a problem in this game. Snipers are the only units that should be able to cloak. Too much like fantasy with cloak.

Something that pisses me off about stormtroopers is how their supression resistance was changed. They used to be piss easy to supress which was a accepted drawback of the cloak, yet now they seem just as resistant to supression as grenadiers are. Storms (used to) get horrible supression resistance, ab/rangers gets exhaustion.

They still feel like they suppress faster and get up slower form my experience.  A strafing run and they are down for like hours....

Remove cloaking out of cover on all units, reduce Stormy upgrade prices. That might make the game fun to play again =)

Sooo its one unit out of 4 armies and only 1 out of 12 trees can get it.... 

They are expensive as all hell, Upgrades are increadably expensise... And the Shrecks are 300 for 2 while RRs are around 220 and Zooks are 60-80.  And yes i know shrecks are better, mainly because itshiotting un skirted allied armor all the time...  But the shreks make powerfull wepons...  Then 1 bar sqads makes them die, A croc churchill makes them Die, AN arv, A tommie bren sqaud, a Vickers...

there are alot of heavy suppression giving units plus all the arty in this game now, on map more then anythign along with Scout squads for brits...

PErsonally, When there are 3 brit players storms are never usefull and it sucks.

Oh and jeeps for armor company with extra sight and stealth detection are devistating to them as well... 

They are not that Op at all, but if used correctly Like Linals VEt3 Rangers, My Commando Ambush Piats, or MaybeTakens Flashimagers, Or (Who has some high vetted AB?)  Honestly if used properly they are difficult to deal with... Its why its called "ELITE INFANTRY".  They should be more diffcult then grens.,

i started this not because storms are op. I just tried to give an idea i had to remove some of this strange stuff like invis sniper and troops runing unseen over streets and all this stuff. And give some kind of replace for the lose of their stealth.
