Been a lot of talk about the mod dying etc. But now that EiRRMod aka LuciferNZ is back, we should be seeing more life again.

I`m playing this mod again, if there is a counterweight installed to spam, but not before that, I want some tactical gaming, otherwise I go to Command and Conquer or Warcraft 3 and spam stuff.

I check in the forums but haven't played the mod since about August. I used to play as Buffalosoldier and Numenorion.
I would really like to see the devs get rid of win/losses altogether. In the old EIR I don't remember seeing that before you joined a game and I know that don't have that in OMG. As a result people play with who they can get and work together in game.
As it stands now I just got sick of players who either won't join games you are sitting in, leave games when you join them or who think they are doing you a favor by playing with you and then trying to order you around in the game when you do play with them. The topping on the cake was the last game I played when my own team mate called me in an idiot in game for something I now forget.
The point is I'm over 40 years old and play COH for fun. When I get upset to the point of wanting to curse people out or have to have people callling me idiots or saying i suck then its just not worth it.

because of work/rl and such, i only get about on average 1 game every other day. some days ill get 3 games in, sometimes i wont get a game in for a couple days.

I will say that I would play much more often if all accounts were made Level 8. Having such a mix of levels at this point is ruining the game. No one wants to play with a lvl 1 teammate, and playing against a level 8 account (virtually everyone who still plays, at this point) results in a stomp every time.
At least evening the playing field would make things a bit fairer, and would bring back many peple who're on the fence about EIR.
