First of thanks man! Always good to have more maps And your maps will add some new flavour to our database! Maybe you should start playing EiR to see how your maps will turn out

I'll see if we can use them, it all depends on the map & sector layout really.

I've pretty much retired mapping my self so I'm not sure I'd be able to resector them for you.

Well, by the looks of it Paradis and Alsace would be good maps to start off conversion with. I reckon all the need would be proper resectoring to work within Europe in Ruins and that's fairly simple to do. Basically what you'd have to do is cut down the overall amount of sectors and build them a little more rectangular for simplicity's sake. It's not rocket science and I'm sure the author could do it himself if he's interested. (But of course, if someone else wants to do it for him )

download one of our maps and take a look at it. Basically what needs to be done is to make it more Squared. So its more territory by territory that you move up rather than sectors out everywhere like in your map. There needs to be definitely attack/defend positions and if someone gets pushed back then they have a few sectors as their next fall back line. here's an example i can find - now this map wasn't a very well played map but it shows how our sectoring layout is.

WhiteFlash, think back to when you originaly played your maps in CoH. there is usually focal points around the map that you notice or feel are good for defending or moving up through. Some points are more fluid and some more static.
Most EiR maps are rectangular-ish in shape. Fluid areas of the map typically see larger sectors so you can move through them while capturing. Where as the grinding urban areas see more numerous smaller sectors(not small but smaller) because you have to consolidate as you advance(or you should)
Everyone who frequents these boards could give you alot of tips on sectoring and you may find it takes a few edits to get it just the way you like it.

AWESOME!
Thanks WhiteFlash =D
Of course the best way to get the feel is to play the mod yourself, but the maps alone are w00t.
