so wait standard doct abilities u choose to start and from lvl 1 u get them all?

or each tier unlock u get to choose 1 of the standard doct abilities without having to save up over time for the points?

They still have normal pp costs. The first image shows the restrictions on the purchase of doctrine abilities. For the 2nd table you can have 8 total points of abilities.
Ex.
2 (T3) + 1 (T2) = 8
or
1 (T3) + 1 (T2) +  3 (T1) = 8

The levels in which you will unlock things will be reworked. We haven't finalized how that system will work yet.

Interesting, so it allows a lot more customization to your company and will make two of the same type of company possibly different.
