Impact damage becomes 50 per shot instead of the 250-300(cant remember exactly), it's got 3 times longer range and it shoots 6 shells.

The shells each leave a tripple-damaging, 2 minute lasting mortar HT flameround.

It's probably one of the best T3s in the game, and should be a T4, IMO.

To me that sounds like it gets a bit worse. The initial damage of artillery has always been the most effective, because the other player hasn't had time to move his stuff. I haven't actually had a chance to use that Hummel T3, but if it reduces initial damage in favor of a longer DoT, then that sounds like it wouldn't be as effective.

The 200 damage per shot is only really necessary against tanks - all infantry will be put into very low health on the initial shot and they wont have enough time to get out of the flames without a very large chance of death. Quite blatantly put - if a mortar HT flameround, with it's 0 initial damage definitely kills an ATG crew with it having no chance of escape(considering a direct hit on a stationary ATG), the hummel one has no chance of failing at the job. The after burn is simply mortifying as well - immense damage, takes forever to go away.

What this did for me : from the average 3-4 kills per barrage it went up into 17+ average kills per barrage + way more survivability as I can barrage from my own spawn.

If it hits.

You'll never get out anything from that Tier 3 unless you have a Hummel or two. If it went for Tier 4 it'd be the ultimate nerf for it. Who would take it for 1 unit? No one. It'd be waste of a tier 4

increased rounds for the priest is only viable cuz of the air burst which is just wicked. increased rounds for the hummel is a friggin waste and i know of no one who's gotten it. Incendiary barrage is awesome at what it does, which is area denial and absolutely rape support weapons, but its very inaccruate, more so than a howitzer barrage and does no initial dmg but doesn't really need to.

Dafuq man, don't ask for proof if you'll refuse it if it's not in your favor, logic fallacy for the bloody win.

If someone wants a hummel, they want incendiary barrage, it is really good, and fits perfectly as a T3.

I really think that the PE Increased Rounds T4 is far more worthy of just being a T3, while putting the incendiary barrage to T4...
