My apologies to all the guys I was playing with (forget some of your names "cough"). you know who you are and I'm sorry. I DON'T ragequit and that was my first time ever so again I'm sorry. I had 3 pieces of anti armor FIRING at a T17 and it still wouldn't die. It flanked and pretty much destroyed everything. This is insane. I can't believe how terrible pak 38s are against them. This is completely imbalanced but I still shouldn't have raged. I hope that you guys let me play another game with you.

cloak them first and then fire, 100% chance to hit pretty much anything, so if you have 3 shooting at it, they all hit and boom, dead t17

At long range a pak in cloak will only hit a moving T17 78% of the time.

(1x0.8x0.65)(1.50)=0.78

It is however, absolutely no different than  shooting at an M8 because they have the same armor.

The magic T17 strikes again.
Are we still on this? didnt everyone figure out how to counter these last war?

Edit- and shouldnt it only take 3 hits from a pak to destroy a sandbagged T17?

Pak dmg: 115
Cloak: Pen/dmg/acc: 10/1.25/1.50

cloaked damage = 143.75

T17 health with sandbags: 175x2= 350 health

143.75/350=2.4 hits before the thing dies. 3 penetrating hits from a pak kills a T17 from cloak.

Even 3 non-cloak hits will kill a T17 in 3 shots.
115*3 = 345. That's enough to put the T17 in 5 percent health, which means death criticals are applicable on the third shot.

Numbers seem nice, but the T17 is a beast, the reset only affected our records not balance the units.

The T17 is so fast that a pak will get one shot off before its out of its cone of fire unless it has something spotting for it.  This fact alone makes T17 hard counters (P4 or tougher) way more expensive than the T17 itself.  An imba in terms of cost.

And, we've been through this before but maybe it bears restating pak and shrek squad do not counter them, so having 3 paks on at once seems silly, but thats what T17s force axis players to do, espescially since there are no more doc abilities and few advantages to get atm.  So T17s only shine more with our current vanilla companies.

People should stop bringing on 3 paks or buying shreks and bring on a p4. they find out that it destroys. Shermans,M10s,M18s,T17's,Stags,M8,Cromwells,Fireflys,Infantry,Support Weapons. ALL AT ONCE!. keep 1 pak gun in support and just anti infantry and you have yourself the best counter to light vehicle spam and infantry.

p4's are good but don't make the mistake of thinking if you have one on the field you can take anything.... all it takes is a 60mu sticky (or t17 stun) and an at gun (ap round or not) and the p4 is gonna be really messed up or dead.

The P4 is the palaeolithic shaman of the battlefield.
It gets to boss things around, it can turn the wrath of god upon his enemies and he's that far away from being able to fly.

But if the enemy just pulls his shit together and brings a real gun.. then the shaman's shot in the balls and can only hiss at the less ballsy foes.

That being said, P4s are awesome ;p.

playing as wehr for about 20 games, i had more issues with stags than i did t17's tbh, mainly cuz i like to use alot of infantry and even then it wasn't a big deal. I always had fausts on my volks, and always had at least one or two other forms of anti tank. If you see a stag or t17 coming, get in a building with your infantry or get in some green cover, simple enough. If you find your pak starting to get circled and can't stop it? Run the crew off, dont let him get the easy kill and find another way to kill it, you also save the health of the pak from the t17/stag shots.

It takes like 6/7 Fausts to kill a T17. The faust has no modifier against it. It's entirely unreasonable for the classification of vehicle it is.

While Stags are not as instant rape they certainly make themselves known. The cannon is junk but the MG is great. so sitting in cover will keep your infantry alive but good luck killing the Stag.

350/75 = 4.66(rounds to 5) shots, brn.
That's the absolute MAXIMUM ammount of fausts you may need to kill a T17, considering you always get the lowest damage per faust inflicted.

You can and generally will kill a T17 in 4 shots with fausts.

Same for the stag. 4-5 shots.
